About Chef Niddy

Wittaya (Niddy) Saengsrichan has a long, rich history of culinary experience. He attended the Chiang Mai Culinary Institute in 2003 and received four degrees in Thai Cuisine, International Foods and Traditional Dessert Preparations. Having worked in many restaurants in the Sri Racha and Pattaya areas, Niddy also owned his own Thai/International cafe for 2 years. He began his catering services from this restaurant and since selling it in 2007, has continued to provide culinary treats for several area businesses, schools and private residents. He is a self-taught floral designer and enjoys the challenge of creating new and original floral arrangements to accent his catering parties or as special occasion gifts.
